when it comes to sitting

How do I stop feeling bad about sitting down on the couch for a whole day? How do I get my self-dialogue to stop calling me lazy? I am allowed to sit on the couch, right? If I spend one more minute on the couch, I’ll fall more behind. That’s all I think about—I don’t want to be behind from everyone else. No one is putting these things into my head; it’s just me and these self-sabotaging thoughts cycling in my head. Why do I feel as if I sit on the couch, I am bad, that I am not using my time wisely? If I sit on the couch I am failing at life. There are no expectations here that I am not meeting. There’s nothing but me and only me. I am, actually, my only enemy here.
